There are serious health risks involved with these contaminants, which is why FSS offers services to safely manage hazardous materials associated with building renovation and demolition, along with a focus on environmental & public health.
For over 20 years, FSS has performed countless hazardous material inspections/surveys, remediation and abatement specifications, and management plans for our clients. Some of these clients include municipalities, public & private schools, colleges, day-care facilities, housing authorities, as well as privately held properties. Computer aided drawings (AutoCAD) are available and utilized for many of these projects.
To meet the needs of our clients, FSS also offers abatement/demolition and remediation project monitoring services.
All services provided by FSS are performed in accordance with State of Connecticut Department of Public Health (CT DPH), Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (CT DEEP) standards and regulations, National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAPs) and the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) to name a few.
